BLOOD DONATION DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

On June 4^th 2020, Executive Committee of the Company's Labor Union in collaboration with the Hai Duong Provincial Red Cross Association organized voluntary blood donation activity with the theme "Blood donation helps save lives - Don't be afraid of COVID-19"

The blood donation activity attracted nearly 200 employees.

Before donating blood, our company together with the Hai Duong Red Across Association implemented health check for blood donors in order to ensure safety. Moreover, all of them must strictly comply with the regulations on prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic.

The Chairman of the Company's Labor Union said that the movement has been getting increasingly concerned by all employees, becoming a cultural beauty. Despite of COVID-19 epidemic, the number of employees participating in blood donation as well as the amount of blood collected continued to increase compared to 2020.

The above results were obtained thanks to the attention and direction of the Board of Directors of Nissei Technology Vietnam, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the active response of the union members.

It can be seen that blood donation is a noble gesture that shows each individual's understanding, compassion and responsibility for the community. Blood donation is one of the meaningful movements of Nissei in particular as well as of the whole society in general. It is an activity full of humanity, deeply embodying the principle of ''Love people as if you love yourself'' of the Vietnamese people.
